Angi Bruce resigns suddenly as head of Wyoming Game and Fish Department

I'd normally say good riddance, as I thought her a very poor choice for this position in the first place, but I'm not sure what the back story is.  She's actually taking a newly created position as director of special policy initiatives", whatever that is.
